What is the order process?

There are no on-site visits at this time. Orders are accepted directly through our online shop for delivery. For any questions about an order, please reach out by phone (914-849-9143) or email

How does delivery work?

Locations within 15 miles of Cortlandt Manor are free delivery. If you live 15 - 30 miles away from Cortlandt Manor, there is a $15 delivery charge.

Please note that at this time we are only able to accept orders for up to 30 miles away from Cortlandt Manor, New York on the East side of Hudson River.

When will I get my plants?

We guarantee delivery times within one week of purchase. Once your order is placed, we will be in touch by email to schedule your delivery.


Can I see a plant first?

We are happy to provide a picture at the time of your order, and we guarantee that your plant(s) will arrive healthy and ready to plant in your garden. ​​

Can I visit the nursery? 

Unfortunately with COVID-19, we do not have site visits. ​​

Should I save your plastic pots?

To help the environment, we reuse our plastic pots. Let us know if you hold onto our pots, and we will discount their price ($.50/pot) from your next order and collect them at your next delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through the store. Credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo work. We also accept check and cash upon delivery.
